OneClick (the "Company", "we," "us," "our"), respects the privacy of users of "OneClick", a software that includes, among other things, document processing services, including, but not limited to, the conversion of documents that are uploaded by the User (as defined below) from one format into different kinds of formats, and its related services (the "Software"). Any user of the Software is referred to herein as a "User", "you," or "your").

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is an integral part of the Software's terms set forth in the End User License Agreement (EULA) ("EULA") and governs the manner in which information, including Personal Data (as defined below), related to your use of the Software is processed.

Any terms not specifically defined in this Policy shall have the meanings assigned to them in the EULA. Any Personal Data you provide is provided voluntarily and, where required under applicable data protection laws, with your consent. You acknowledge that you are not legally required to provide us with Personal Data. However, if you do not provide certain Personal Data, we may be unable to provide certain aspects of the Software or to fulfill certain purposes described in this Policy (for example, to respond to inquiries you submit). This Policy may include or incorporate additional disclosures required under applicable privacy and data protection laws for residents of certain jurisdictions.

This Policy explains what information the Company may process in connection with your use of the Software, provided by the company may collect, the purposes for which such information is processed, the circumstances under which it may be shared, and the rights available to you in relation to your Personal Data. Before downloading, installing, or using the Software, we encourage you to review this Policy in full.

You acknowledge that the provision of Personal Data is voluntary and, where required by applicable law, is based on your consent. You further acknowledge that you are not legally obligated to allow us to process, including collect, your Personal Data, and that any such processing is based on your consent. However, certain functionalities of the Software may not operate properly if you refuse to allow us to process your Personal Data, including by declining to provide certain information.

2. Data Collection

When you use the Software, including by accessing it, we may collect and process the following categories of information.

Non-Personal Data

Non-Personal Data means information that does not identify you as an individual and cannot reasonably be linked to you. This may include aggregated or anonymized technical information such as:

  • Operating system type and version
  • Device characteristics and general configuration
  • Language preferences and general performance indicators

This information is typically collected automatically and is used to support service stability, functionality, analytics, and optimization.

Personal Data

"Personal Data" means any information that can directly or indirectly identify an individual, such as IP addresses, search history, or other online identifiers. Where the Company processes Personal Data, it does so in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including data minimization and purpose limitation. Such processing may include:

  • Processing online identifiers (for example, IP addresses) required for the operation, security, and functionality of the Software.
  • Obtaining your explicit consent where required by applicable law before processing certain categories of data.

3. Personal Data Processing

The Company and its service providers may collect online identifiers (for example, IP addresses) and, where applicable, other technical and contextual information when you interact with the Software. This information is used to support proper operation, security, analytics, and, where applicable, advertising-related activities, as well as to provide the Software and respond to your support requests, inquiries, or other requests.

We may also collect technical and contextual information such as timestamps, device type and version, language and regional settings, and referral or traffic source data. This information helps us monitor performance, detect technical issues, and improve the overall User experience.

In addition, the Company may process search-related information, including search queries submitted through your default search engine while using the Software. This data may be:

  • Shared with the relevant search provider in order to deliver search results corresponding to your queries.
  • Analyzed to help verify that interactions originate from legitimate Users and not automated systems, bots, or fraudulent activity.

After these purposes are fulfilled, search-related data (including, to the extent collected, search history) is anonymized by removing identifying elements and may be retained and used in aggregated form.

4. Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing

When GDPR applies, the Company relies on one or more of the following legal bases when processing Personal Data:

  • Legitimate Interests - To ensure the availability, stability, security, and proper functioning of our Software.
  • Contractual Necessity - To process search queries and deliver search results or other features that form part of the Software you requested.
  • User Consent - Where applicable law requires explicit consent for specific processing activities.

5. Categories of Personal Data Collected & Shared

During the preceding twelve (12) months, the Company may have disclosed the following categories of Personal Data for business or operational purposes:

  • Category A: Identifiers, such as IP addresses and online identifiers.
  • Category F: Internet or browsing-related data, including limited usage and behavioral metrics.

Personal Data may be shared with the following categories of third parties:

  • Service Providers: Vendors and contractors that assist with hosting, infrastructure, maintenance, or functionality of the Software.
  • Analytics Partners: Entities that help us analyze usage trends, performance, and service improvements.
  • Business Affiliates: Partners involved in fraud prevention, security, advertising, or revenue attribution, where applicable.

If you wish to opt out of cross-contextual or interest-based advertising, you may use industry opt-out mechanisms provided by organizations such as:

  • Digital Advertising Alliance (EU)
  • Network Advertising Initiative

Please note that opting out through these tools may not eliminate all personalized advertising, as other companies may continue to process data independently of Company.

The Company does not sell Personal Data. However, we may share information in limited circumstances, including:

  • Service Providers - To enable the operation and support of our Software, subject to contractual obligations and confidentiality requirements.
  • Legal and Regulatory Requirements - Where disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Corporate Transactions - In connection with mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, or similar business events, subject to appropriate safeguards.
  • User Consent - Where sharing requires your explicit approval, which will be obtained in advance.
  • Security and Fraud Prevention - Where certain identifiers are shared to help detect, prevent, or investigate security incidents or fraudulent activity.

7. Data Security Measures

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures are regularly reviewed and updated as appropriate. However, no system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may also have the right to request that your Personal Data not be sold, where applicable.

9. Data Retention

We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, or to maintain an ongoing relationship with you.

Personal Data may be retained for longer periods where:

  • Required by applicable legal, tax, or regulatory obligations;
  • Necessary to maintain accurate records in connection with disputes, claims, or audits; or
  • There is a reasonable anticipation of litigation or enforcement activity.

In some cases, information may be anonymized or aggregated so that it can no longer be associated with an identifiable individual. Such information is no longer treated as Personal Data under this Policy.

10. Children's Privacy

The Software is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under this age.
